Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Outstanding dentist and excellent support staff. Dr. Adapalli is a knowledgeable, professional, caring and kind medical practitioner, who made a challenging dental experience humane and largely pain free. His staff went out of their way to make sure that I was treated with care and respect. Highly highly recommended!

I saw Dr. Adapalli for a scaling and root planing procedure and was told I had to pay roughly $900 up front after insurance. I paid that amount in full at the time of service. I understand the final amount may not be exact and that insurance might not cover everything, but a few weeks later I received a bill for an additional $600. I called his office repeatedly for over 30 days trying to get an explanation. Every time I was told someone would call me back—and no one ever did. During that same period I received another statement for the $600, yet still no return call. Finally, after my most recent call, a woman named Amy contacted me. She apologized for the lack of response and said my insurance didn’t cover everything, so I still owe the balance. She said the best the doctor would do is reduce it to $300—he will not waive it. They quoted me one price, collected it in full, then came back weeks later demanding hundreds more while deliberately ignoring my repeated calls. That is a bait-and-switch. Reducing the balance to $300 after ghosting me for a month does not fix the problem—it just confirms how little respect they have for patients. I feel completely taken advantage of. This o

Had an extraction, which is no small thing at my age, but Dr. Adapalli was great. The staff and Dr. Adapalli did their best to make the procedure as light and painless possible. While I don”t recommend getting an extraction but if you need to I don’t think you can fine a better team to handle the procedure.

Dr. Adapalli is very kind and I have great confidence in his abilities. Some of the front office staff seem a bit flustered, maybe just new to their job.

Dr. Adapalli and staff are highly professional and courteous. I received outstanding care to manage my difficult periodontal issues.

Absolutely awful experience. After being referred by a dentist for an abscess I should have gone elsewhere when it was deemed acceptable to wait almost 3 months for my extraction, but with dental and the referral processes, I felt stuck. My extractions were December 1st and it began a nightmare. I spent over a month sick. I have pictures of my mouth to show what I was dealing with. I was not healing correctly and while the Dr was responsive, he was not validating nor did he appear confident in handling complications. The office was closed for 2 weeks for the holiday and I was told to rest assured “if I had any issues they could still bring me in” but that was completely false and I was just given more antibiotics for continued problems that they were not fixing. Eventually, I did go to another professional and my issues had not been treated correctly. Now I am left without two front teeth and without the option for implants. I regret ever going there so deeply. To make matters worse, now I am getting bills that I shouldn’t be getting and they included a charge for a CT that was never done (not even an apology for an almost $500 false charge.) Are they trying to bill insurance that

Dr. Adapalli and his staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Had my surgery done on Friday and Dr. A called me on Monday to see how I was doing! Shows that they truly care about their patients!

Dr. Adapalli and his staff were just wonderful. I had an issue arise while I was visiting from out of town. I called his office in the morning and had an appointment a few hours later that same afternoon. Even better yet is I received two separate phone calls in the subsequent days checking on my status. Very professional operation and truly interested in their patients. Highly recommend.
